About the project
Vexvon is a platform for running customer communication through AI. Calls, messages and social enquiries arrive in one system, an AI agent speaks to the customer in their own language, and the cases that need a person are separated out.
Platform modules: AI telesales, AI call centre, chatbot, CRM and lead management, knowledge base and analytics.
Integrations run through the WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, a website widget, Shopify, Bitrix24 and the customer's own API. The interface runs in three languages — Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
